The Basics
How is my price determined?
Price is based on shirt style and quantity per design printed. The greater the quantity, the less price per garment. Additional costs for add-ons.
What is turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 10 business days. Additional time required for things such as neck tags, hang tags, etc.
Can I get my order sooner?
Yes. please contact us for rush pricing.
Do you have a minimum?
No, but please note that it can be costly to print under 36 pieces.
Do orders have a per size minimum?
No. Pricing is based on total number of garments getting the same design/size/color, so you can print whatever size run you need!
Can I order a sample of the garment?
Definitely! Please let your representative know that you would like to order a sample prior to going to production.
Can I order different color shirts with my order?
For the most part, yes. As long as the ink colors and print are not changing. If an ink color change is required, that is an additional $15.
Please note, with water based and discharge inks, color can vary based on garment color and garment type.
Products & Printing
Can you match Pantone Colors?
Yes! We pride ourselves on our color matching abilities.We can match any Solid Uncoated Pantone color. It’s tough to match exactly since we are printing on fabric, but we’ll get it as close as possible.
Can you discharge 50/50 and Triblends?
Yes! Blends are some of our favorite garments to discharge. However, with water based and discharge ink, not all fabrics were created equal. 100% cotton will give a different result than a 65/35 cotton/poly blend or a 50/50 blend will. Discharge ink will not discharge polyester, but that doesn’t mean you can’t print discharge on Polyester.
Why do Purple, Royal Blue, and Kelly not discharge all that great?
All shirts start out as a natural cotton color, and then are dyed using fabric dye. For some reason, Kelly, Royal Blue, and Purple are stubborn when it comes to the discharge process. If you’re looking for a poppy color on one of these, we recommend going with a high opacity ink.
Can you print over seams?
One of the great advantages with water based and discharge inks is we can print over most seams without any trouble. We’ll advise you once we look at the art but for the most part, yes!
Can I supply my own t-shirts?
In most cases no. It’s generally roughly the same price if we did plus the logistics are far more streamlined if we purchase the blanks you’ll be using. If you have a very specific garment we may not be able to source, let’s talk.
Payment and Shipping
How much do I have to pay to get started?
After you have approved your quote, you will receive a Digital Mock-up and Order Details for your approval. We’ll ask for 100% of payment to move your order into production.
What about terms?
We don’t offer terms on first time orders. For clients who do regular business with us, please contact us about setting up terms.
What is the 5% under allowance?
Our 5% under policy is to insure the right amount of shirts will be printed. Screen printing is an art and not an exact science, so as much as we strive for perfection, sometimes there are small errors on press, from the shirt vendor or random acts of God, However, we will always refund you if we do not meet the required amount up to 5% under the quantity ordered.
Can I pick up my order?
Sure! Our production facility is located at 3691 Cass Rd., Traverse City, MI.
Can you deliver my order if I am a local?
We sure can! A small delivery fee may be required.
Can you ship our order to us?
You betcha! Please let us know when you place your order that you would like it shipped.
